CIMCON offers standardized training courses for all its products. Customers on an active maintenance contract can enroll or request such a training course at any time.
Two (2) types of training classes are provided:
User Training
Suitable for end users of the software.
Administrator Training
Suitable for system administrators, owners and power users who shall be responsible for maintaining the software including user and account management, configuration of roles/privileges and various other settings of the system.
Each training course includes:
- Training Agenda
- Training Materials that the trainees can take and keep with them as handy reference material.
- Training Certificate
Training classes can also be customized to your specific needs.
