TECHNOLOGY PARTNERS
Technology Partners offer customers improved technical solutions that have been designed to work with CIMCON solutions and provide value and performance. All CIMCON Technology Partners have exceptional technology, effective marketing operations, and extensive development capabilities that they can leverage in CIMCON solutions. Our current Technology Partners provide products and services that are integrated with CIMCON products to customers worldwide.
REFERRAL PARTNERS
Referral Partners introduce CIMCON solutions to organizations that are looking for quality software and could use CIMCON's integrated, configurable solutions. Depending on the total software sale and the level of involvement in developing the lead, Referral Partners receive a commission. Participation as a Referral Partner does not require any costs, ongoing commitments, or reselling.
VALUE ADDED RESELLERS
VARs sell and deliver CIMCON implementation services to their customers and often manage the installation, configuration, and support services as well. Because they offer these value- added services, VARs earn higher margins than regular resellers. CIMCON offers a tiered VAR program, that allows partners to join at a level that works for their business. Depending on the level of commitment, the benefits can include support for marketing, sales and implementation, a structured training program, and discount pricing, all of which help to ensure success in generating revenue.
CONSULTING SERVICES
Consulting Partners provide expert implementation and consulting services to assist customers in increasing value from CIMCON products and solutions. These highly trained experts have experience and complete knowledge of CIMCON software and how to use it to meet regulatory compliance.

The software has reaped us great benefits since its implementation. We have been extremely satisfied with the product, and have noticed a quicker streamlined process from the initiation of procedures to the subsequent training, in contrast to the manual process that we used before. The addition, the eTraininfo Training Module allows the training department to seamlessly transition a document from approval into training for all the affected users. The flexibility of the configurations to adapt to our company allowed us to rollout the system much quicker than expected without having to change our work processes. We were delighted that CIMCON offered the SaaS hosted service in contrast to supplying any on-premise hardware expenses that would’ve decelerated the implementation process.
